I guide people through Kundalini yoga, meditation and one to one work that supports resilience, clarity and a deeper connection to the self. 


My work is shaped by my own journey with this practice and the way it helped me rebuild, grow and return to who I really am.

A journey shaped by practice, growth and continuous return to self

A few years ago I reached a point where my life looked complete from the outside but felt empty on the inside. I wanted clarity, meaning and a sense of direction. I prayed for purpose and asked for a path that felt true.


Kundalini yoga was the practice that changed everything. It helped me let go of what was no longer right for me, rebuild relationships, soften old patterns and step into a life that felt more honest and aligned. It connected me back to my soul and taught me how to rise and then return to the heart.


The way I teach now comes from that lived experience. I guide from the middle of my own journey, sharing what has helped me grow, with the intention of supporting others to do the same.
